The Model Production Processes in Tongtongrenhe

Today, me, Xiaotong wants to show you around Tongtongrenhe car model factory.

1:18 Fiat Model

Process one, 3D design.
Professional design drawing can lay a solid foundation for the following processes,
which are interconnected with each stage.

Process two, prototype making.
The prototype is sample made according to the structure drawing of model,

which plays vital role on checking the feasibility of products.

Process three, mold making
Mold or model car can be classified as metal mold and plastic mold.
Hundreds of components are parted and arranged in the molds 
by our professional designer.

Process four, sample making,
It's the final step for checking the finished product,
if sample is ok, then can move to produce models.

Process five, mass production.
From die casting, polishing, paint spraying, pad printing and assembling to finish,
 we keep refining on every step  to provide customers with best models!

Why usually doors of 1/43 scale model are closed?

In die casting of model car, the matched degree is limit, about 1 mm, that is, the width of gap of door is about 1 mm. For 1/18 scale model (about 20 cm long), this isn't important to affect the beauty and line of model car; But for 1/43 scale model (about 8 cm long), the gap seems a bit large that would affect its curve and appearance, which is to lost the soul of the car . Look at this 1/43 scale race car model (click to see more,doors cannot be opened): 1/43 scale car with doors cannot be opened But it doesn't mean that 1/43 scale model cars cannot be made with doors cannot be opened. To narrow the gap, it would cost more for production. Therefore, considering the appearance and cost, most model car in 1/43 scale are made without opened doors. The New Member,1/24 Scale Truck Model ,of Tongtongrenhe

As the New Year is around the corner, finally this truck model of SANY is finished. Let's have a look together: sany truck model It's in 1/24 scale, size is 29.6*10.6*16.5cm. The color of red and black shows its charm and power. The headstock is similar with car model, mainly made of zinc alloy with some plastic components, detail driver cab with transparent windows, though it's larger. But as we can see, it has a "tail", so the chassis is made respectively. And usually, there's a container that can be buttoned behind. This new truck model also becomes one of members o f Tongtongrenhe model family. Introduction of Ferrari model

Today, I want to introduce this model car : 1/18 scale Ferrari FXX-K. Maybe you have known something about this sport car. T he Ferrari FXX K is a high performance limited production track day car built by automobile manufacturer Ferrari in Maranello,Italy, which is developed based on Maranello's first hybrid. Although it's not plan to be used in competition, it's to provide the driver with an uncompromising experience. This model is made of metal, combined with plastic components. Its doors, hood and bonnet can be opened manually. The wheels are high simulation with detailed rubber tires. To open the bonnet, elaborate engine is showed clearly.
