Tells History of Vehicle Industry Through Models

Small model, grand story. As in the passage I wrote before, for lots of collectors and fans of high simulation model car, model car is not only for appreciation,
 but also for learning the development of car industry for about 130 years .
Today, I will introduce some milestones in vehicle industry development.

a) Wells Fargo Carriage in 1868-- first post car in the world



b) Daimler Motorcycle in 1885---first motorcycle

c) Benz Patent-Motor in 1886--- The first automobile

d) Duryea in 1893 -- first Duryea

e) Ford in 1896--first Ford

f) California Cable Car in 1890---first cable car

g) Rolls-Royce 10HP in 1905---first Rolls-Royce

h) Ford T in 1913--first Ford T car , first vehicle model


By the 1920s, the manufacturers of real automobiles would design and construct scale as well as full-sized models for design or promotion.The car models are always closely related to development of car industry. As miniature of real vehicle, its function and quality promoted gradually as car industry develop

Why usually doors of 1/43 scale model are closed?

In die casting of model car, the matched degree is limit, about 1 mm, that is, the width of gap of door is about 1 mm. For 1/18 scale model (about 20 cm long), this isn't important to affect the beauty and line of model car; But for 1/43 scale model (about 8 cm long), the gap seems a bit large that would affect its curve and appearance, which is to lost the soul of the car . Look at this 1/43 scale race car model (click to see more,doors cannot be opened): 1/43 scale car with doors cannot be opened But it doesn't mean that 1/43 scale model cars cannot be made with doors cannot be opened. To narrow the gap, it would cost more for production. Therefore, considering the appearance and cost, most model car in 1/43 scale are made without opened doors. The New Member,1/24 Scale Truck Model ,of Tongtongrenhe

As the New Year is around the corner, finally this truck model of SANY is finished. Let's have a look together: sany truck model It's in 1/24 scale, size is 29.6*10.6*16.5cm. The color of red and black shows its charm and power. The headstock is similar with car model, mainly made of zinc alloy with some plastic components, detail driver cab with transparent windows, though it's larger. But as we can see, it has a "tail", so the chassis is made respectively. And usually, there's a container that can be buttoned behind. This new truck model also becomes one of members o f Tongtongrenhe model family.
