Large-size Model Manufacture

Here is a 4.7-meter-long battle plane model made by Tongtongrenhe Precise Model Manufacture Co. Ltd.
Its main part such as fuselage, wings, and empennage are made of zinc alloy, other parts of ABS.

It's F-22 aircraft model made by #Tongtong model.

The cockpit cover is transparent with its interior details can be seen clearly, which also can be opened by hand. As it's big, its weight reaches 200 kg that making this model consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, but luckily it turns out to be a success.

Use of large models


Large models are usually suitable for exhibitions or activities held by companies. Since the models are relatively large, they need to be very thoughtful, not only to restore the authenticity of the models but also to consider the safety issues, which will test the technology of the model factory

Why usually doors of 1/43 scale model are closed?

In die casting of model car, the matched degree is limit, about 1 mm, that is, the width of gap of door is about 1 mm. For 1/18 scale model (about 20 cm long), this isn't important to affect the beauty and line of model car; But for 1/43 scale model (about 8 cm long), the gap seems a bit large that would affect its curve and appearance, which is to lost the soul of the car . As the New Year is around the corner, finally this truck model of SANY is finished. Let's have a look together: sany truck model It's in 1/24 scale, size is 29.6*10.6*16.5cm. The color of red and black shows its charm and power. The headstock is similar with car model, mainly made of zinc alloy with some plastic components, detail driver cab with transparent windows, though it's larger.
